Hi! We are Lauren & Travis

Besides being documentary-style wedding and elopement photographers, we’re also creative problem solvers, travel pros, location scouters, and the ultimate hype crew.

Our list of skills is all thanks to the 100+ incredible couples who have trusted us to play a co-creative part in crafting their wedding experience, invited us into their intimate celebrations, and have allowed us to help tell a meaningful chapter of their story.

And when it comes to our travel knowledge, it sure doesn’t hurt that we spent 6 years living in our van, traveling around the States with our dog, Denali.

THE TRUTH IS, YOU DON’T.

We’re not here to lasso you into our elopement photography packages or to hard sell you on our services— that’s not our style. And besides, this decision has to be one that feels right to you. Our passion is crafting weddings and elopements that are intentional, meaningful, and allow you two to be so immersed in each and every moment that you won’t even notice the cameras. Because we believe good photos come from an experience worth returning to—the kind of experience you want to relive over and over again.

Meet The Love, Lorraine Team

Hi Friends, I’m Lauren Fletcher

THE DREAMER

I’m the one who pairs moments with meaning, curates vision boards that match your style, and helps source everything from picnic items to table settings.

I started my own photography business in 2013 because I loved photography so much, I couldn’t ever see myself doing anything else. While this business has grown and evolved since its beginning, for me, the heart of it remains the same—documenting memories of time spent between those who keep each other close.

It’s what inspired us to rename our business in 2020 after Lorraine, my grandmother, who was my best friend and someone who encouraged everyone to chase after their wildest dreams.

Hey There, I’m Travis Danforth

THE DOER

I’m the one who minds the logistical details, builds the itineraries for where to go and when, and creates space between every plan so that there’s enough time to grab lunch or take a spontaneous trip to a nearby place if inspiration strikes.

I think of photography as a portal to our past experiences, because—in a life that passes us by so quickly— photography offers us a way to pause and experience a moment over and over again.

And while the photography piece is powerful, helping create an experience our couples want to relive is where it all starts. Lauren and I love getting to deliver both sides—an experience you can be fully present in and photographs that remind you of the way you felt any time you want to travel back.

Who is Lorraine?
The story behind the brand.

LORRAINE IS LAUREN’S LATE GRANDMOTHER. EVERYONE CALLED HER “NANNY”.

In June 2019, Lauren said “see you later” to her best friend.
She did a lot of soul-searching over those next few months. Thanks to some incredible mentors and friends, she found her purpose, her “why”, and what she wanted for this business going forward.
