In May of 2017, while adventuring in Alaska, Travis and I decided that when we got back to the East Coast, we were going to official start our #vanlife journey. We followed many van lifers on Instagram, one of them in particular — @our_landyacht — also known as, Wes & Sav.
These two are a power couple. They are not only adventurers but badass entrepreneurs. They own a solar business called https://www.tinywattssolar.com/. When we started planning our build, we knew that we wanted to work with Wes & Sav for our solar project. Travis and Wes connected multiple times throughout our three month van build and helped create our badass solar system.
After we finished our van build we kept in touch with Wes & Sav, and met up with them while we were in Santa Cruz. We planned a camping trip with them and drove out to Big Sur where they decided they wanted us to photograph their engagement session. We ventured down to Pfeiffer Beach to catch the sunset and photograph the most dreamy photos of Wes & Sav.
I’m so incredibly grateful that our adventurous lifestyle introduces us to like minded people who thrive on adventure just as much as we do. Wes & Sav are the most incredible humans, and I’m so thankful to call these two our best friends. We can’t wait to celebrate their wedding next year!
